Sewing machine manufacturers use different methods for threading. I show some of the other commonly seen threading methods with a Singer and a Bernina as subjects. If you need to use a dark coloured thread and are having trouble seeing it when threading, I show a handy tip. This tip can also be used to change thread colour without completely re-treading your machine. See how you can use fuse wire to make threading easier. The Bernina has a needle set screw for each needle. Find out how you can convert to three thread by removing the needle and not loose the tiny screw.
