TRANGIA MINI | Rum & Banana | Trangia dessert

Trangia mini cooked dessert. 'Rum Flambe Banana with cinnamon cream. It's always nice to be cooking outdoors, especially when there's sun, rum and fruit involved. In this video I make a great dessert for a sunny day out on the trail. Below is the ingredients list for this camping recipe as well as the method. Any more information about the things I use are also below. You will need: 1 firm Banana 1 small orange 1 tsp of butter Miniature bottle of Rum 4 heaped tablespoons of milk powder (or coconut milk powder) 1 teaspoon cinnamon a glut of water (about 60ml) METHOD: Heat the butter to a simmer and add the pieces of banana. fry until golden brown. Squeeze in the juice from the orange. Meanwhile make your cream mix by adding water and leave to one side. Add a splash of rum and keep adding as needed.
