Looking for budget hotel in Guwahati, Hotel Magic Square can meet most of your requirements. It is located in the heart of Guwahati city at Pan Baazar and is just about 1 km from Guwahati railway station. Address: Dr JC Road, Kamarpatty, Pan Baazar, Guwahati I could not find any website of Hotel Magic Square. Well these with all travel aggregators like GoIbibo, Makemytrip etc one do not have a dire need of maintaining a website themselves. They have four types of rooms viz standard, deluxe, executive and premium. On travel aggregators you would get a standard room between Rs 1615 - 1620, the deluxe room cost around Rs 2000. The pricing and other details you can check on GoIbibo or makemytrip site. The major plus is, it is located in the heart of the city among the business center. It also has a clean and calm environment. It is good for business visits and families. I saw many permutation and combination for food. Like you can take the room along with breakfast and lunch or dinner at an extra cost. The food was decent. Also, the staff are responsive. The hotel is couple friendly and wifi facility is available. What I dint like is their check in and checkout time. They have a check in requirement at 1 PM and checkout before 12 PM. This is very arbitrary and you are also not providing 24 hours. This western trend has is catching up almost everywhere in India and is against consumer interest. Because of this you will have to timing calculations on your travel.
