I still cannot accept the fact that Sir. Irrfan Khan is no more and probably never will, hence tried to dedicate this small token of love, gratitude, and respect to him through this song from one of my ever favorite films that he had acted. To be honest this film created a huge impact on my life since I watched it. His character in this film touched me in a number of ways. This song, The Boatman is sung by my Guruji, Acharya Jayanta Bose, and composed by him and Nitin Sawhney which was later used in this very film is also a song very close to my heart and couldn't resist myself singing it. Thanks a lot to Swarajit Ratul Guha for playing the flute so so beautifully and doing complete justice to the purpose. Also, thanks a lot to Nilanjan Ghosh.
