Andrew requested this over on Patreon. This is a 1967 British comedy that pays homage to the silent comedy era with slapstick, gags, and a bad policeman. It apparently has a bunch of big name British comedians/actors, but I'm not familiar with them. Two construction workers are missing a floor plank in the house they're building, so they go to the lumber yard to pick one out, but have all sorts of trouble getting it back to the house...and they create chaos all over the city in the process.
