Preheat an oven to 350F. Grease 18-20 mini donut molds or 10-12 large molds. Whisk the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk the wet ingredients together in a separate bowl and then stir into the dry. Mini Donuts: Spoon 1 slightly healing tablespoon of batter into the molds. Use your finger or a toothpick to spread it evenly. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. Large Donuts: Spoon 2 rounded tablespoons into the molds. Spread the batter evenly with your finger. Bake For 12-15 minutes until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Let cool 5-10 minutes and then release the donuts into a cooling rack. Allow them to cool completely before dipping into the glaze to ensure that they hold together. Chocolate Glaze 1/4 cup maple syrup 1/4 cup melted coconut oil 1 tablespoon warm water 1 tablespoon nut butter 1/3 cup cacao powder Add the ingredients to a warm bowl in the given order, sifting the cacao powder in last. Whisk until smooth. Dip the top of each donut into the glaze and set on a pan. Sprinkle with cacao nibs and/or coconut flakes or anything else! Store in a container at room temperature for up to 4 days max (they’re best in the first 2 days). Do not refrigerate. ........….............
