I love lots of things. Trebuchets, history, technology, invention, weapons (and of course family!). And it was clear to me that trebuchets, giant darts and plumbata needed to get combined, but to do this in a meaningful way a reliable timed release was required; so I made a version that could have been made all the way back to the Greeks and certainly in 14thC Europe - If only if they had thought of it. This film includes medieval timed release triggers, tiered plumbata giant sabot cluster munitions, a trebuchet and a pinch of failure, but just enough success to show the possibilities of the device.
