In this tutorial I will walk you through my process of how I use a light pad to create a more polished looking hand lettered composition. This method works great for people who don't create their work digitally, but want to more easily format their lettering designs and ideas on a page. It's also useful for people who want to create the same design by hand multiple times. Also, I didn't mention this in the tutorial, but when I'm working on bigger pieces with more lines and words, I often use a little bit of artist tape to secure the paper I'm tracing from (the bottom "draft" piece), so then I don't have to worry about that page moving. You can also tape down the top layer if that's helpful for you. Happy lettering! Materials used: - Huion Light Pad - Line tracing sheet - Printer paper - Tombow Fudenosuke Soft Tip Brush Pen ("persevere") - Tombow Fudenosuke Hard Tip Brush Pen ("The faith God credits...")
