Wash and clean the potols. Cut them into four parts vertically and remove the seeds inside. Keep them aside. 2. Take oil in a wide pan. Add cumin seeds and saute. 3. Add in chopped onions and saute for 5 minutes. 4. Add chopped garlic and saute for a few minutes. 5. Add salt, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder and mix well. 6. After the masala is no more raw, add the potols pieces and mix well. 7. Pour water, mix it all well, cover the kadai and cook the potols for 20 minutes. 8. Add in garam masala powder, amchur powder and mix well. 9. Lastly, add in chopped coriander leaves and mix well. 10. Tasty Parwal Sabji is ready to be served hot and nice with any flat breads of your choice. Parwal/ Potol / Pointed Gourd is a commonly available vegetable in India.
