Baghali Polo | Colorful Festive Persian Style Rice | Norouz Recipes | باقالی پلو

This is a very popular rice dish. It's common to eat it with lamb or beef shank, or grilled fish. Salmon compliments this dish really well. It is a labor of love, but the end result is extremely fragrant and super delicious ! This rice is traditionally made with broad beans or fava beans, but if you can't find any, you can use lima beans as I have in this video. Eat the rice with beef Shank.
