Let's start with our median list price for our single families at $4,937,500, which comes to a price per square foot of $1,434. Median days on market for the single family is 77 days with 20% of homes decreased in their price and 2% of homes increased in their price. For your rentals, median rent is $8,995 per mont for the single family. Over to condos now. Median list price there is $1,412,500, which comes to a price per square foot of $946. You've got 28 days on market for the condos, so you gotta move faster. 25% of condos decreased in their price recently and 0% increased in their price. Median rent is $4,195, always a good value for renting the condos. I cannot stress enough. Our highest condo sale in April over at 464 Prospect Street, Unit 401, which closed for $3,275,000. It was a three bed, three and a half bathroom, over 3,000 square feet in a Prime Village location. So no wonder why it's selling over $3,000,000. I see a trend here, guys. Over to our highest single family. We've got a record breaker, $35,000,000 closing at 7007 Country Club Drive in the Country Club neighborhood. This property is known as Fox Hill Estate.
