Die Fahrt beginnt am Mainzer Hbf und geht über Mz-Bischofsheim, Rüsselsheim und Frankfurt-Flughafen zum Frankfurter Hbf. Befahren wird die Rhein-Main-Bahn bis Mz-Bischofsheim und weiter über die Main-Bahn nach Frankfurt. Die Kursbuchstrecken sind 651 und 471 .
