The last time I developed a film was thirty years ago and I have never worked with 8x11mm film so hopefully we can learn something together. While I'm no expert on these types of Sub Mini formats and equipment I can strongly recommend MS Hobbies of Putney London if you are interested in knowing more. They can also develop and scan all formats of film including 8x11mm, Disc and APS. I have no affiliation with them
