Stromlo || Dynamic Motivation Shuttle Bus & MTB Ride Tips

We booked seats on the Shuttle Bus run by Dynamic Motivation, little did we know we would get an intro to the trails by Mic. He also took the time to help us with our riding style. Much needed, we had both been going a bit soft due to injuries sustained in 2018. This is a great vid for those a bit nervous thinking about booking in for a day at Stromlo. We had a lot of fun, and are much better riders for it. We will be back to have a full-length lesson from Dynamic Motivation (highly recommend this!) Plus we had 11 days of mountain biking after this day on our road trip. Thanks to this first day we took on a lot more obstacles and went a lot faster and harder, than we were previously approaching trails.
