2021 SMARTreview APR Introduction 2 of 3 Demonstration

APR is an innovative software product from SMARTreview International Inc. that helps an architect check a design for compliance with the building code. An architect can model a building with Autodesk Revit and then use APR to embed building code information. A model checker module verifies that the necessary information has been defined, and then the architect can initiate a plan review for verifying code compliance. Additional tools explain why the building passed or failed and guide the architect in reaching a design that passes the code. An exhaustive report provides an audit of every element checked and explains the reasoning behind the determination of compliance.
