The secret to making amazing grilled lobster is taking it out of the shell before grilling it. If you don’t do this, the #lobster meat tends to stick to the shell, making it hard to eat. Peel + Flip Method: Cut the bottom flap off. Pull the meat out. Flip it over and stick it back in the shell. Butterfly Method: Cut down the top center of the shell. Pull the meat up and through that cut, and rest it on top. Then, just place the shells over the grill for 10-15 minutes and baste with butter.
