In this mission, I provide a detailed guide on upgrading your truck's engine and customizing its body in Euro Truck Simulator 2. This video walks through the process of finding a service station for your upgrades, enhancing the engine power, and adding cool customizations like flags, interior accessories, and more. With a few upgrades, you can transform your truck into a high-performance machine while adding a personal touch to the cabin. Let’s dive in! 1. Locating a Service Station for Upgrades: To begin the process of upgrading your truck, you first need to find a service station on the map. Here's how you can locate it: Open the map in the game. Look for the wrench symbol, which represents service stations. Once you've identified the nearest service station, plan a route from your current location or garage. In my case, I found a service station near my garage and drove there to start the upgrades. 2. Upgrading Engine Power – From 443 to 453 Horsepower After arriving at the service station, I headed to the Upgrades and Repairs section to work on my truck’s engine. My truck originally had a 443 HP engine, but I decided to upgrade to a more powerful 453 HP engine. This gave my truck the extra power it needed to handle heavy loads, especially on difficult roads or steep inclines. Select the Engine Upgrade option from the service station menu.Scroll through the available options and choose the engine power that fits your needs and budget. For this video, I upgraded to the 453 HP engine, which made a significant difference in my truck's performance. 3. Customizing the Truck's Exterior – Adding the Flag of Pakistan: Next, I customized the truck’s exterior by adding some personal touches. One of the highlights was adding the Flag of Pakistan to the truck. Head to the Customization section: Choose the Accessories tab and find the flag options. I chose the Pakistan flag to add a bit of flair to my truck, making it stand out on the road. I kept the truck's color black for this mission, but you can easily change the truck’s color in the Paint Shop section by selecting a different color or adding a custom design. 4. Repairing Truck Damages At the service station, you can also repair any damages your truck has sustained during previous missions. Click on the Repair tab to fix any issues like engine damage, worn-out tires, or body dents.This step is essential to ensure your truck performs at its best, especially after long hauls or accidents. 5. Interior Upgrades – Personalizing the Cabin The next step in the upgrade process involved customizing the interior of my truck. Here are some of the cool features I added: Mobile Phone: Installed on the dashboard to display the map and help with navigation. Teddy Bear Toy: Placed on the passenger seat for a bit of fun and personality in the cabin. Fast Food Breakfast & Snacks: Added fast food items like snacks and a drink to the passenger seat to make the interior feel more realistic. Delivery Report & Pillow: I placed a delivery report and a pillow on the other seat to simulate what real-life truck drivers might have in their cabin. Sticker: Finally, I added a custom sticker on the dashboard to complete the look. 6. How to Change the Truck's Color While I kept the truck black for this mission, it's easy to change the color of your truck if you want a fresh look. Go to the Paint Shop section in the service station. Choose from a wide range of colors or create a custom color. Apply the color to your truck to give it a new appearance.
