When players learn forehand loop for under spin and top spin, it is critical to understand where to play each shot and how to move and create space to connect each shot during the game. In this drill, you will loop to your opponent's forehand side then get ready for next forehand. Once you get comfortable with your second shot, you can change the course to play toward opponent's backhand. So, this system is 1. Forehand loop from forehand side to opponent's forehand side 2. Forehand loop from forehand or mid to opponent's forehand side 3. Make variation on the second loop and continue to take advantage of the first loop. As long as you follow along these 1,2,3,4 steps with your strokes, you will be able to connect your loop.
