I have tried the healthier version of this deep fried snack by baking the banana chips in airfryer. Ingredients: Raw Banana – 2 pcs ( I have used Raw plantain) Salt – 1 tsp Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp Chaat masala – ½ tsp Oil -1 tsp Method: 1. Peel the bananas and keep aside. Prepare a mixture of water, turmeric powder and salt. Cut slices of banana in this mixture. It will prevent the bananas to turn black and also will give nice yellow colour. Keep bananas soaked in this mixture for 5 -10 min. Drain the water and dry the chips on paper towel. 2. Apply little coconut oil on chips to avoid sticking of banana chips in Airfryer. Preheat the air fryer at 180 degrees for 5 min. Than Airfry the chips for 15 min at 180 degrees. Check in between. Add salt / chat masala / pepper powder as per your taste for seasoning. 3.
