First I completely dismantled the Velosolex and inspected the parts. Anything that was missing or could no longer be repaired, I ordered new or bought used and replaced it. For example, the main stand was missing here and I had to purchase a new one. After cleaning all the parts, I had the frame sandblasted and powder coated. I overhauled the wheels and re-spoked them. I also blasted the screws with glass beads and galvanized them so that they don't rust.
