Going Loco Episode 22 - Review of Heljan's Class 57 Pendennis Castle +MK3's in FGW Livery

In this episode I highlight a recent purchase of a Heljan GWR Class 57,, Pendennis Castle, which was a bargain at GBP109, at the same time Hornby's Mk3 coaches went on a remarkable sale price of GBP19.95, so I jumped at the chance of making up a rake of 6 coaches with no doubling up of numbers, and at the same there was a MK3 Buffet in the same livery at GBP22.95 which joined the rake, all in First Great Western livery. I also added a Hornby HM7000 21pin sound decoder with a Road and Rails UK larger speaker at a combined cost of GBP260, for a sound fitted loco and seven coaches. It's still a lot of money, about AUD490, however, that's the price of 1 new release loco!! ....Drew Attributions: images: By Phil Scott (Our Phellap) - English Wikipedia, CC BY-SA 3.0, https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index...
