We're went with Honda OEM NGK Laser Iridium 1ZFR6K-11S 5266 as replacement, a genuine part which is the same as original, which should be good for 100K miles. Changing spark plugs is actually very easy and in almost all cases it's the same procedures for similar 4-cylinder Honda vehicles, cars and SUVs within the same range model years such as Accord, Insight, Element, CR-V and more. Even other makes such as Acura, Ford, Chevrolet, Nissan, Toyota, they all should be very similar. How much are spark plugs for a Honda Civic?
