I have had fantastic results with both grills so far. To be honest, I really love them both. But I love comparing cooks on the two. This time we are cutting a pork belly in half, and going to smoke it whole on each grill. Temps are set to 250 degrees, and utilizing Mesquite Chunks and Pellets. Please dont get these confused with Burnt Ends, rather I am simply smoking the entire pork belly whole on each grill. I DO love burnt ends, but I have never tried smoking a whole pork belly!
