In today's tutorial I will show you how to crochet this fast and easy crochet baby bonnet hat for a baby from 6-9 months using the same stitch we used to make many of my crochet baby cardigan sweaters and pants. To make this crochet baby bonnet in the following sizes just use the recommended yarn and crochet hook as mentioned in my tutorial. FOLLOWING SIZES ARE APPROXIMATE AND NOT EXACT 3-6M use light #3 baby yarn with 3mm hook 6-9M use light #3 baby yarn w/ 3.5mm hook (tutorial) 9-12M use light #3 baby yarn with 4mm hook 12-18M use light #3 baby yarn w/ 4.5mm hook 18-24M use medium #4 yarn with 5mm hook 2-3 years use medium #4 yarn with 5.5mm hook 3-4 years use medium #4 yarn with 6mm hook For this baby hat bonnet I used a light #3 baby yarn and a 3.5mm Crochet hook.
