This is the first arbitrary gold exploit in CK3 since the remarriage exploit that got nerfed. 1. You need access to the rites of passage decision, which pops up if you have a 12-15 y.old as a tribal government. It's also locked behind the Wards & Wardens dlc, making this exploit literally pay to win LOL 2. You need to be able to change your income in the course of a single day, the larger the better. Here I'm way over the domain limit and am using the opinion of my realm priest to vastly swing my income, but you can do this with other methods, such as revoking barons or changing your stewardship via spouse. 3. By taking the decision and then backing out, we can essentially perform arbitrage, making money by increasing our income when the game refunds us, and decreasing our income when taking the decision!
