Nürnberg Germany | Christmas Market 2023 | Walking Tour | Best Christmas Market in Europe

Nuremberg is a city in the German state of Bavaria and the second largest city in the state after Munich. Nuremberg is one of our favorite cities in Germany to visit during Advent. The popular Nuremberg Christmas market (Nürnberger Christkindlesmarkt) is one of the best and most famous traditional Weihnachtsmärkte to visit in Germany with well over two million visitors. The annual Christmas market (Weihnachtsmarkt) is open daily from December 1 to 24, 2023. Nuremberg Christmas Market has three different markets in one, and each has a slightly different focus. The Christkindlesmarkt (Main Market), The Sister Cities Market and the Children’s Market I think Nuremberg Cristmas Market is absolutely worth visiting and especially visiting Nuremberg in winter when the roof of stalls and building and cobbled streets are dusted with snow and the festive atmosphere makes the medieval town feel even more magical, dramatic and atmospheric. It really was one of the most magical Christmas markets in Europe that we’ve ever visited! Nuremberg is a must-visit winter destination in Europe! Traveling to Nuremberg is easy from all parts of Germany and Europe. Trains to Nürnberg are frequent and flights to Nuremberg Airport (NUE) are convenient with easy transfers via European capitals for intercontinental travelers. Nuremberg weather in December is COLD. We visited early December and the temperature was between -5C the whole time we were there with a wind chill factor lowering the air temperature even more. We found being in the old town where the buildings were closer together you were more protected from the wind but regardless - it was below freezing and snowing. I definitely recommend sturdy, well-insulated and grippy walking shoes and lots of thermal layers! There is no entry fee to the Nuremberg Christmas market. Glühwein: Expect to spend 4-5EUR before pfand (deposit). The pfand runs a few Euro, but you get it back when you return your mug. Food: Food will vary greatly. You can spend 5-8EUR for some snacks and up to 24EUR for a meal. There’s a lot of variation in between. Bathrooms: Expect to spend at least 50 cents to 1€ (EUR) each time you use the restroom. Look for the WC sign (water closet). #europe #bavaria #pinoy #nuremberg #germany #deutschland #Weihnachtsmarkt #Glühwein #Christmasmarket #Esslingen #Nürnberger #nürnbergerchristkindlesmarkt #bavarian #christkindlesmarktnürnberg #nürnberg_travel #christkind #nurembergchristmasmarket #winterholiday #pinoytravel #Königstor #Hauptmarkt #Frauenkirche #Rostbratwurst Music: ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ ♫Music By♫ ●ZitronSound - Christmas Village ●Song -     • ZitronSound - Christma...   ●Follow ZitronSound - https://www.bassrebels.co.uk/ZitronSound ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ Bavaria Nuremberg Nuremberg Germany travel vlog Nuremberg travel vlog Germany travel video Europe Deutschland Weihnachtsmarkt Christmas Market Traditional Christmas Market Medieval Market Glühwein Königstor Hauptmarkt Frauenkirche Rostbratwurst I hope you to enjoy the video - If you do then please leave a like, share the videos/videos and comment.
