अख्खा मसूर / Dhaba style whole masoor dal 🌶 Are you bored of eating the same dal every day? Do try this spicy kolhapuri akkha masoor and share it with everyone 1/2 cup whole masoor soaked overnight 1 large onion finely chopped 1 medium-sized tomato finely chopped 2 tbs crushed ginger garlic chili 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tbs kashmiri chili powder 1/4 tsp spicy chili powder 1 tsp kasoori methi 1-2 tsp kanda lasoon masala ( kolhapuri ) 1/2 tbs cumin coriender powder Salt to taste Pinch of baking soda Handful of coriender leaves Hot water Oil 2-3 tbs Oil, sliced garlic, and whole red chili for making tadka Process - ➡️Soak the masoor dal overnight and pressure cook it until 1 whistle only ➡️In a pan, add oil, cumin seeds, and nicely roast onion , ginger garlic chili ➡️ Add chopped tomatoes and powdered spices and roast the masala well until it oil separates ➡️ Add hot water to avoid burning ➡️ Add cooked masoor dal in masala with salt and pinch of baking soda ➡️ Cover it and cook it on slow heat for 30-40 minutes ➡️ Finally, add coriender leaves and add tadka while serving 📌 Like, Share, Comment & Subscribe ‎@homechefpv8789  for daily recipes . . #akkhamasoor #kolhapuri #gharkakhana #youtubeshorts
