Trekyards EP91 - USS Hammer (fan design)

Don Meiklejohn USS Hammer. NCC 90467 designed by myself. The idea of this ship ship started with the action of the nacelles rotating so to deploy the weapons arms as well as conceal the nacelles from any damage. The rest of the ship was built around it. So for warp and general flight the nacelles are in the deployed position ( as seen here ). When under fire the nacelles rotate around a central pivot point and the warp plasma cannons are revealed. The warp flow is redirected from the nacelles to power the cannons to produce a powerful blast. She is loosely a combination of technological advances from USS Voyager and the USS Defiant and her size is slightly smaller than Voyager. She has a slimline design with a detachable Bridge module.
