I enjoyed painting these pretty roses by breaking all my normal rules and following some instructions! I didn’t paint exactly the way Sushma described, but I did my best, and I’m pleased that the painting came out as well as it did, on my third attempt! I hope you enjoy doing this painting too, and I would like to recommend her book (I don’t know the artist by the way - I just bought the book because I liked the look of the cover!) as one you might enjoy working through if you love painting flowers.
