Peel the membrane off of the back. 3. Put your hook around the first bone if you want to hang them. 4. Pull them once you have the color you want and wrap them in foil. 7. Put them on the grate until they reach an internal temperature of 207°F. 8. Pull them off and cut those ribs up!
