Tall 'Boat Lift Crane' plus some junky old steel dock/ pier poles with augers as giant pry-bars to easily remove a boat lift/ boat hoist out from being stuck in the muck and then up over a rock wall (typically much more difficult than a vertical steel, concrete or wooden sea wall, due to the amount of run versus rise, snagging lift feet on rocks and also slipping & tripping hazards!).
