We visit one of the most interesting Buddhist Temples in the world Meth Bo Sewana in Southern Sri Lanka. It's a meditation center, and home to an ex-surfer turned Monk, as well as an ex-Australian tattooed night club goer who gave it up all to find peace and happiness. Kristina and I spend the day with the Monks, visiting the working farm, new buildings, Vipassana center, cinnamon farm, and stay for the chanting. We asked all of the difficult questions we could think of and always wanted to know, and happily, they didn't hold back and told us everything we wanted to know including: What is Happiness? How to be Mindful? Am I allowed to eat meat? Don’t you miss surfing? Can you see your family? What does your wife think about you becoming a monk?
