Recreating My Favourite Locomotive - Upgrading The Rapido 16" Hunslet!

Can I recreate my all time favourite locomotive by upgrading the Rapido 16" Hunslet? But one in particular holds a special place in my heart - Primrose No2. This was the first real steam locomotive I ever saw and it made and to say it made an impression would be quite an understatement. Of course when Rapido release their 00 gauge model of the 16" Hunslets I was absolutely delighted, but of course the model of Primrose they made depicted the locomotive in her original black livery rather than the lined maroon I remember from the 90s. They did make Beatrice in this livery though and so I started formulating a plan to recreate my all time favourite loco. Not content with stopping there, I'll also be adding DCC Sound to the model and a stay alive too for the best possible running quality. It all sounds great on paper, but will it work in reality?
