Hey guys, this marks the final video in my companion guide series with X6-88, the Institute Courser companion in Fallout 4. In this video we’ll discuss how to get X6-88, what his SPECIAL stats look like, how to max out his affinity, and the effectiveness of his companion perk. We’re going to start with some background info on X6, but I want to give a fair warning: there will be unfiltered spoilers throughout this video – if you just picked up the game, I advise that you do not watch this video until you’ve completed the main quest if you want to avoid spoilers! Onto his background, X6 is an Institute Courser that the Sole Survivor works with in several Institute related missions. X6 is first seen during the Kellogg memory mission when he gave Kellogg a mission and also when he takes the synth version of Shaun to the Institute. Beyond that, we don’t know much about X6 beyond the fact that he is a very capable and loyal Courser for the Institute. Enjoy!
