"Cold" Air Intake Mercedes E Class W212

This mod was done on a 2011 Mercedes E Class W212 E300 with M272 engine. Was very disappointed in the sound difference of the cold air intake setup since the induction noise only comes above 4000 RPM. Might go back to factory setup once winter is over. The size of the intake outlet from the air box is 80mm but I actually used a 3.5" intake and aluminum pipe with an 80mm to 89mm silicon reducer hose (3.5"=89mm) since the 80mm isn't as common of a size as the 3" or 3.5" for aftermarket intakes.
