Tiger Leader (2nd Ed.) - A Look at the Expansion Packs

As part of the continuing saga of "Tanktoberfest" on Hexed & Countered, we're taking a look at the expansions for DVG's "Tiger Leader" which include a pair of TL-specific expansions (Blitzkrieg & Panzers!), one that works for both TL and it's sibling "Sherman Leader" (WWII Tank Commanders Pack) and the two terrain packs (which also work for SL). That's the whole boat and it adds a lot to the base game. The next - and final - Tanktoberfest entry for Tiger Leader will be a playthrough of the game using all the expansions. "Tiger Leader" is a solitaire game and those familiar with DVG's "Leader" series will find a lot of familiar mechanics here, tweaked for the land combat focus. Though the focus is on tanks, this is a combined arms game and features infantry and artillery as well as a whole lot of panzers.
