I've been reviewing each component of this setup, especially since I hadn't been using the Freeze pedal as much as I used to, so I gave it a bit of attention this time around. This video is part of an ongoing series of improvised performances with guitar and effects by High Street Ghosts using a portable set up. For the curious, the signal chain from the guitar is a pedalboard (two gain stages, currently Benson Preamp and Hudson Broadcast, Electro-Harmonix Freeze, Boredbrain Transmutron with Montreal Assemby Count to 5, Earthquaker Devices Night Wire, and Jam Delay Llama Deluxe on a crossfade loop, into a Poly Beebo for the looper) to the mixer, with 1010 Blackbox and Eventide H9 on aux sends. --- Steve Hamann makes music as High Street Ghosts (music for guitar and effects), Signal Hangup (music for drones and noises), and S Hamann (music for synthesizers).
