This is a total body beginner Pilates workout class. 40 minutes long, and no equipment needed. We'll start with a warm up and on to tabletop-based core work. That will bring us into some upper body work focused on the posterior chain (back and triceps). Our side body work will focus on shoulders, obliques, and hips. We finish with some glute bridge work.
