Panini trae a México una selección de historias publicadas por primera vez en Batman: Legends of the Dark Knight. A finales de los 80's la industria del entretenimiento apostaba por contenidos más atrevidos. En el medio del cómic americano aparecían títulos como Watchmen, Batman Año Uno, Batman: The Dark Knight Returns, Sandman y un largo etc. Batman aparecia en cine de la mano de Tim Burton. Las historias contenidas en Legends of the Dark Knight tratan sobre ese período en que Batman comenzaba sus andanzas como justiciero.
