Elegoo Saturn S No fault when LED Light panel Disconnected

My Elegoo Saturn S has suddenly developed a fault. When I start a print, as the UV comes on to expose the first layer, it resets the printer. I have tried another spare Power supply, but fault still occurs. Now I dont think the motherboard, as if I disconnect the Light panel then the print appears to work correctly. So I would suspect the light panel or the circuit board between it and the motherboard? You can see it running without the light panel connected in this video. The link below is to someone else having the same problem-but my printer is doing exactly the same thing. His fault appeared to be that the printer needed grounding. However, I tried this and it did not fix my fault. Nothing has been changed on it-it was working fine last week. I went on holiday for a week, came back and its now doing this.
