Last month we had widespread reports of reboot and tethering issues with the Verizon Novatel 7730L after the 3A firmware update was pushed. We worked with Novatel to diagnose the issue, and recently they and Verizon pushed the 3.5 update. The update seems to fix most reported issues, but it may require a factory reset of the device.
