They've been getting stuck in US Customs for 3-4 months with no updates to the tracking numbers and no one being able to assist on the shipping courier side due to it being "out of their hands" and US Customs not having someone to easily get in contact with. I then later find my guitars for sale on eBay being sold by people who have legally purchased them from Government/Carrier Liquidation auctions. Needless to say... I'm going to have to switch carriers for packages coming from Japan as this is not an isolated case after 4 guitars having gone through this that were all shipped within the last 5 months or so.
