I wanted to share with you my Prix St. George test from last weekend on Kensington. I love competing - mostly because I love spending tons of time with my horses - but also because it is a measure of the progress in the training. I got Kensington as a green broke 5 year old and he has come a long, long way. He has not been the easiest horse to train as he is is very sensitive but internalizes and hides his emotions. Anyway, I am so proud of how far he has come and in this video I talk through my Prix St. George test. Please remember that competing is all about having fun and enjoying your horse.
