A poem, by yours truly: Repeat as I say, our word of the day. Describing a nice bootay: callipygian, yay! Today we recreate Yummy Yamper Pasta from Pokémon Café Mix, using dinner rolls as Yamper's errhem...gluteus maximus! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Follow me on Instagram @prof.rosemarys.lab!   / prof.rosemarys.lab   Chunky pasta sauce recipe    • Chonky Pasta Sauce!   --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Callipygian dinner rolls (makes 10–12 buns) 480 g (4 cups) all-purpose flour 34 g (2 tbsp) instant yeast 67 g (⅓ cups) sugar 6 g (1 tsp) salt 360 g (1½ cups) milk 71 g (5 tbsp) butter 1 egg Egg wash 1 egg yolk 5 g (1 tsp) milk Basil cream cheese spread 70 g fresh basil leaves 200 g cream cheese Salt and pepper to taste 1. Combine the milk and sugar. Warm up the milk ideally to 40℃ (110℉). Do not warm up too much lest it kills the yeast. 2. Mix in the yeast and allow to stand for 5 minutes. 3. Place the flour in a mixing bowl, and save 1/4 of the flour. Add the yeast-milk mixture, salt, egg and butter. Mix until roughly combined. 4. Mix in half of the reserved flour until roughly combined. Mix in the rest of the reserved flour and knead for 2 minutes. If the dough is too sticky, adjust by adding 1 tablespoon of flour at a time. The dough should pull away from the bowl and be slightly sticky to your hands. 5. Transfer the dough to a greased bowl, cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes. 6. Slightly punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Pinch and roll 10 dough balls and place them seam side down on a lined baking sheet. You may use the 2 remaining pieces to make additional buns and skip Step 7. 7. Take 1/3 of the remaining dough and divide into 20 equal pieces. Do the same with the 2/3 portion of dough. Attach the smaller dough pieces as feet and the larger dough pieces as ears. 8. Cover and allow to rise for 30 minutes. Brush the buns with egg wash and bake in a preheated oven at 190℃ (350℉) for 12–15 minutes. 9.
