Start with stepping into just enough tension that you're uncomfortable but can handle it without melting down in the bar-that won't help you grow either. And... 2- Be CONSISTENT. Just like learning a new language, working out, or any area of life, you're not going to get much better t flirting with and attracting women if you only work on your confidence with them every now and then. Even more reason to start incrementally with habits you can commit to. At least for a while (starting with 30 days is great), talk to two or ideally three women you don't know every day - even if it's not always at the bar, and even if what's incremental for you is just making eye contact with women and saying hello. Do SOMETHING and start a routine. 3 - Journal your experiences with the girls you’re talking to and, more importantly, how you’re feeling before and after EACH approach.
