Blheli_32 is a very advanced ESC firmware which has a ton of confusing sounding features, but this guide will tell you everything needed not only to set them up but what all of the relevant settings really do and mean. You need to use 32 (which is linked above) not the other one. Just to reduce confusion. Also, corrections: PWM Frequency evidently refers to the frequency at which the MOSFETs on the ESC are triggered, and not as I said the communication frequency. There is a minor tradeoff of peak power for low RPMs at high frequency but the smoothness benefit generally outweighs this.
