Exploring Vietnam Day One - Hanoi | Vietnam Vlog | Train Street | Banh mi | Pho | Vietnamese coffee

I took a midnight flight from Ahmedabad to Hanoi and landed around 6:15 AM. After sorting out my SIM card and currency, we were picked up by a driver and dropped off at a hostel by 8 AM. Since our check-in time was 2:00 PM (Hanoi time), we stored our bags in the luggage room, played some pool, and then headed out for breakfast. We explored the streets of Hanoi, where we enjoyed some amazing coconut coffee at Wu Café. For lunch, we visited a vegan restaurant where I tried Banh Mi and Pho. Day one was mostly a rest day, so there wasn't too much on the itinerary. After returning to the hostel and checking in, we rested for a bit before heading to the poolside for a pool party. Later, we freshened up and got ready for the Water Puppet Show, where the driver picked us up around 5:00 PM. The show started at 6:00 PM and lasted for 50 minutes. Afterward, we roamed the streets of Hanoi and went for dinner at an Indian restaurant where we had Aloo ka Paratha. Finding vegetarian food in Vietnam was a bit challenging, but it was part of the adventure. We finished the night by visiting the famous Train Street at 9:15 PM, where we witnessed an amazing sight. After that, we headed back to the hostel and called it a night. Day one was a mix of rest, challenges, and learning, especially as it was my first time traveling internationally. Stay tuned for Day 2!
