Grief Through the Arts Our piece is about the stages of grief and how they evolve. But wait! It’s not all sad…From grief we can all gain more than we think; growth, reassurance and even joy. We will explore each stage through a genre of art and aim to express the different emotions through artistic interpretation. The 5 stages of grief we will be portraying are denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance.
