N54 Fuel Pump Ring Removal Trick - NO SPECIAL TOOLS NEEDED! Super Easy BMW 335i 335xi

In this video, I show you my method on removing the fuel pump ring on an N54 vehicle. This should apply to other BMW’s as well. Hasn’t failed me once! Be careful not to hammer too much as you risk bending the notches, just take your time and move around. Spray ahead with some PB Blaster to make it easier as well! Yes, the special tool would be easier forsure and you risk less damage - I cannot argue that; but this trick is good if you are in a pinch or maybe can’t afford the special tool. I do enough of these to justify the special tool but since it works so well I have not got it yet haha. Be sure to subscribe and watch my other videos for more tips!
