I’m currently on intermittent fasting I have done it earlier and got the great results n also felt it’s an easy diet. You just have to start prioritising about what you have to choose among “temporary taste” n healthy food although healthy food can be very tasty as well. In intermittent fasting we maintain the ratio on 16:8 atleast to start with, some people use 18:6 or 20:4 and some even keep their calories to 500 on 2 days a week. And you have the freedom to eat anything but if you eat nutritious food and exercise then you’ll see toned body gain in strength, energy etc and also achieve faster goals . .
